Best place on the island. They are efficient, kind, and when you have to put down your pet, they use the utmost care and are very kind to you. They overstuff their schedule for the needs of the animals and are very hardworking people. Great place to take your pets for care. Very great place.

The vets here are very professional. I trust them with my baby. My cat has arthritis and needs to get a shot monthly. Dr. Freibergs and Dr. Gueli are the vets she sees most often. They make it much easier for my cat.

I have been there many times both for my cat and GSD. They are always nice and helpful. When we decided to take out cat overseas they helped me with every step, asked airlines and destination country to made sure we did everything right. Then we adopted a senior GSD. First thing was visiting their office. They are very gentle with my dog and she loves everybody in this office. Someone always call next day to make sure everything is okay. I don’t think they are more expensive than other vets and give detailed bills. I strongly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about this office . I was a new patient and they took Belle in right away . The staff was kind caring and very knowledgeable the took such good care of her and within hours she was feeling better . Office was also immaculate and our results for tests came in less than 24 hours . Also open on a Sunday which was wonderful . Many thanks to everyone there. Highly recommend.

This is the absolute best vet on staten island!!! They truly care about your pets and go over and beyond to give you the best treatment!!! I highly recommend them they are amazing!!!! Thank you doctors and staff you guys are a blessing!!!!

Dr. Miele and her staff were so helpful and supportive with our dog Krook. We knew the prognosis with him wasn’t great but with their support and care we were able to buy some extra time with him and we are so grateful for that. Lisa is so sweet and very accommodating with us with every visit. I took my Papillon to Dr. Arpino for a visit yesterday and could not be happier. She is usually scared at the Vet but she was very good with him. Didn’t wince at any of the vaccines or anything else. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable. He explains everything well and really takes his time. You can tell Dr. Arpino is very passionate about his profession and the pets in his care. I highly recommend him for anyone who treats their furry friend like a member of their family! –

This is the best vet I’ve ever been to. The place is very clean and there is almost always never any wait. They are extremely caring and attentive to my two cats and did a great job with my cats spay. When she accidentally ripped out the stitch, they put in a staple and saw her without any charge. They saw my other cat the same day for his wellness visit and addressed all my concerns completely. They aren’t doing this for the money but because they care. I highly recommend this vet. Both doctors are excellent.

They were amazing. I walked in, gave my information and 15 minutes later my cat was seen by the Vet tech and by the doctor. It was super quick appointment since my baby girl is diabetic and they were very helpful and friendly. Also, the prices were considerably cheaper than all the past vets I have been to. Definitely, the place to take your furry (or not so furry) companion!

They’re always nice and friendly when I take my Yorkie/Pekingnese Moneypenny. Shes very afraid but they allowed me to hold her whenever shes examined. Accommodating at both locations, they send helpful reminders when she’s due for her visit and offers great recommendations for any and all questions I have.

Excellent care. I was very concerned about my dog undergoing anesthesia and having 2 procedures done. On the day of the surgery, I was just about to call to check on her, but they had already called to let me know she was fine and everything went well. I also received a follow-up call the next day, which I really appreciated because I had questions. They have won my trust which isn’t so easy to do these days!
